What is included in Phaser Base?⌄
Phaser Base is the required company platform and includes the first 3 users, core company tools, Phaser Sheets, and Phaser Connections. Core capabilities are identified in the module catalog instead of being maintained as separate legacy feature flags.
How are modules defined now?⌄
Phaser is organized around complete capabilities instead of dozens of tiny paid switches. Related tools can be grouped together, and specialized submodules extend the larger tools they belong to.
What is a submodule?⌄
A submodule extends a larger complete capability instead of pretending every small feature is its own product. For example, a specialized child capability can live under Assets while still respecting the parent entitlement and dependency model.
How does the 30-day trial work?⌄
The trial belongs to the company and lasts 30 days. It is designed to let your team explore the broader Phaser experience before choosing the modules, users, and storage you want to keep afterward.
Why are Files/Uploads different in the trial?⌄
Files are both a module entitlement and a storage capacity. Because storage has a real company-specific limit and cost, the public trial does not automatically grant Files. It can be enabled deliberately with a defined storage allowance.
What happens after the trial?⌄
The company chooses the modules, user capacity, and file storage it wants to keep. Phaser recalculates pricing from the current database records, then subscription payment is handled through Square.
Do legacy module flags still work?⌄
Existing Phaser companies continue to work as the platform evolves. Module changes are designed to preserve compatibility while moving companies into the newer subscription model.
Is Phaser Network part of this model?⌄
Yes. Phaser Connections is included on the contractor side. Partner-specific referral, catalog, ordering, and supplier workflows remain gated by the Partner capability and its entitlement.
